The venue was truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities such as a beautiful private bar/lounge area and excellent restaurant service. My room had impressive room advantages, including a cozy king-sized bed and spacious private facilities. the hotel's location made it easy to enjoy the city's attractions.
The customer service at this hotel could be improved. On one occasion, I felt dismissed when I had a minor issue with the room key.
